A new high-quality product!
The diamond lapping suspensions joke Magic Star PKD WS and OS can be used without additional fluid. At the same time, they achieve an extremely high removal rate thanks to the hard synthetic diamonds - the lubricating film is smaller than the diamond grain and the viscosity is very low - the grains can therefore roll off unhindered.
Polycrystalline diamond consists of several tiny diamond grains and has a significantly higher strength compared to the less expensive monocrystalline diamond. This strength allows a much higher contact pressure, small particles break out of the diamond and the material removal rate increases noticeably.
Very good results are achieved with the suspension on hard materials such as ceramics, hard metal, titanium or nickel. A uniform grain distribution over the entire service life guarantees a stable and reproducible process.
Water-soluble suspensions are environmentally friendly and easy to dispose of. They are also more odourless than conventional products when sprayed on with compressed air dosing.
Oil-soluble suspensions can be used at high contact pressures or high loads without tearing the lubricating film.
