Additionally, the manufacturing costs are significantly influenced by the high demands on the tool's surface. The high art of polishing lies in maintaining an exact geometric shape while achieving a high-gloss finish with minimal roughness.

Our Success Recipe: The training is tailored to the participants' daily work practices and focuses on practical exercises that are carefully coordinated, alongside essential theoretical foundations.

The small training groups with a maximum of 8 participants enable optimal delivery of the training content. This allows for very targeted attention to individual requirements and specific tasks of the participants, and the development of individual solutions for everyday practice.
