An innovative tool for perfect results on surfaces or in bores. These silicon carbide abrasive balls have a flexible arrangement and therefore adapt to the processed surface – even in non-concentric bores.
These brushes are useful for example for removing burr on all common materials. The Novoflex-B honing brushes leave a cross-grinding on the surface, which is the perfect carrier for an possible oil film. The surface is free from cold-shaped or deformed material.
The only "hardware" you need to work with these brushes is a conventionel hand drill. Honing machines or cordless screwdrivers can be used for serial production.
