• The centrifugal force generated by rotation guides the grinding tips of the fibre rods on the crossways bores and effciently removes fine burrs of up to 0.1 mm
• Burrs are thoroughly removed without damaging the bores
• A fibre rod consists of approx. 1,000 individual fibres, each with a diameter of approx. 10 µm and optimum crystalline structure for the grinding process; the tip consists of approx. 1,000 high-density cutting edges
• The self-sharpening action of the cutting edges at the fibre ends ensures a high level of grinding ability. The constantly acting cutting edges ensure a stable and continuous cutting performance.
• Versatile in use, e.g. in processing centres, special machines, drilling machines and robots and many others
• High elasticity and flexibility ensure optimum adaptation to the workpiece
• Long service lives for markedly higher productivity and lower costs
