joke Suction units

… Laser emissions, dust and fine particles, solvents, adhesive vapour, solder vapour/ welding vapour …

at least one of these or some other pollutions also occur daily in your working environment. You should do something about them in order to avoid damage to health.

With a suction unit from joke, you create the optimum conditions for “good air” at the workplace – even if you ever “let it fly”.

With us, you have a choice between two suction systems:

• JF Compact with favourably priced entrylevel products

• AFD Premium as a highly efficient system with comprehensive equipment details (high filter capacity, filter monitoring, serial interface for remote control)

Both systems can be configured with two filter modules. Suspended matter filter for dusts/fine particles and all particles that arise in mechanical processing sequences.

The activated charcoal filter is used wherever solvents, adhesive vapours, soldering vapour, smoke and similar gaseous pollutions arise. It eliminates or reduces them to a minimum.

Owing to the high density of the filters used, a very high level of separation of the particles and contaminants to be aspirated is achieved. The filters can be combined as individual modules and are easy to replace. Consequently, if replacement is required, you only actually need to change the saturated filter, whereas the remainder can continue to be used.

The turbine cooling (bypass cooling) inside the devices ensures very long services lives of the turbine units, even during constant use. The modular construction allows effective adaptation to individual requirements.

Suction device with initial filter equipment, continuously adjustable, operating hour counter, 4 device feets, without accessories
